• HARD DISK
  

Hard disk is the main part in the portable media centers. It can store changing digital information in a permanent form. They give computers the ability to remember things when the power goes out. The magnetic medium can be easily erased and rewritten, and it will "remember" the magnetic flux patterns stored onto the medium for many years. Hard disks have a hard platter that holds the magnetic medium, as opposed to the flexible plastic film found in tapes and floppies. It also has electronic board. In the hard disk, three platters are required to make it function. Data is stored onto the disk in the form of files. A file is simply a named collection of bytes.

• SCREEN

Screen is important to figure out the picture from the album and also see the song tracks. The screen is made from glass and can display the tracks, picture, figure, and so on. We can press the button to choose any option that have in the gadget. Enter the PMC-120, iRiver's Windows Portable Media Center-based media player. Like the PMP-140, the PMC's screen takes centre stage. At 3.5in, it's big enough to watch the odd television show, however we wouldn't recommend watching the Lord of the Rings trilogy on it. On either side of the screen are the player's controls. iRiver has decided to have a different look at feel for the PMC-120 over its Linux-based machine.

The gadget that i will introduce is portable media centers. This gadget can handle recorded television programs, movies, home videos, music and digital photos. We can store and access all of our digital entertainment files on a single, lightweight like paperback novel. The portable media gadget have main part which is 20GB or 40GB hard disk that can hold up to 160 hours of video, up to 10,000 songs or tens of thousands of digital photographs. It can support a wide variety of different file types, such as Microsoft Windows Media Audio files, JPEG image files, Microsoft Recorded TV Show files, MPEG movie files, Microsoft Windows Video files, Microsoft Photo Story files and so on. The manufacturer is iriver and the dimension is 5.6 x 3.3 x 1.2 inches (14.2 x 8.4 x 3.0 cm). The display size is 3.5 inches (8.9 cm)and resolution of portable media centers is 320x240. In addition, the weight that look alike paperback novel is only 1.3 kg. It is so light. Battery life is up to 14 hours continuous audio playtime or up to five hours continuous video playtime . Hard disks store digital information in a relatively permanent form. Then, all of that stored music and the MP3 player itself fit into a device that. So, this gadget so cool and easy to bring anywhere.

about my presentation...

Assalamualaikum...after the presentation, i really feel better than before..but i really not satisfied with my presentation because many mistakes i do..firstly, i am not elaborate my personal statement and my stand very well..so many important information related with my information cannot deliver..i am just talking about the slide and not tell the audiences about the relevant points. Then, the audience not really interested with my presentation..maybe because they busy with their tell me more...never mind..How's your presentation?I think, i want to representation but it will take time for me to get ready with new style..Next presentation, i will ready with my point and not talk nonsense..better i get many information and more confident to talk..The presentation give me many experiences and i will take this as lesson in life..So, for everyone who is not really satisfied with their presentation, do not feel guilty, but assume this is the experience and lesson in study..Do not do the same mistake during another presentation..

::LOVING IS THE PART OF LIVING::

Assalamualaikum for everyone. For the oral presentation, i choose to present about myself. For the presentation, i take 'loving is the part of living' for the personal statemen. The three stand that i choose are loving your environment (school), love your parents, and love your activities. Love your environment means i love my previous school and college. Both of them give many experiences for me to be a good person. I got much knowledge during study at MJSC Terendak, Malacca n Kolej MARA Kulim, Kedah. This knowledge helps me a lot to survive at this university because not easy to be a student at university. Then, second stand which loves your family. I really appreciate what my parents do for me such as sent me to the good school even though i am not really interested at first. But, lastly, i think that they are known what the best for their children. My fathers is a soldier and not always stay at home. The last stand loves your activities. I really interested in hiking and sport. So, for every activity like that, i will join. It can release my tension and sometimes it can relate with our life. The last activity that i join during matriculation is expedition at Kenong Rimba Park, Kuala Lipis, Pahang. During that, i get many friends. The activities like that can make me a balance student in academic and cocuriculum. It’s really important to make me tough and courage student to live at University Malaysia Pahang. In a nutshell, love is important to make you as a good person and an excellent engineer because we must be create something useful product for our country. Without love, everything meaningless.
